M Do wills and trusts have spiritual significance? For sure. Proverbs 13: 22 states, ‘The good leave an inheritance to their children’s children, but the sinner’s wealth is laid up for the righteous.’
V It’s very difficult to leave an inheritance for your children’s children if you leave your children and all of your worldly possessions in the hands of the state when you die. Leaving a will or trust with instructions for guardians for your children and direction for your money and things is a gift of love to your family, friends, church etc. And it’s wise stewardship.
M Manage your finances while alive and have a plan in place for when you graduate to heaven.
