M As a parent how do we know when to help our children?  Prayer, wise counsel and careful objective evaluation can help us discern  In James 1 the Lord promises wisdom when we ask him for it.

V One of the hardest things I’ve ever done as a parent was to sit back and let one of my  children suffer the natural consequences of their actions, even when I was capable of stepping in and “rescuing “them  in that circumstance. But when we do step in at the wrong time, over the wrong situation, or all the time to rescue them, we can cripple their ability to face challenges and to make better decisions.
