M Its tempting to dream of what life would be like if you suddenly had lots of money. People buy lottery tickets and gamble due to those dreams.
V God has a better way. Proverbs 13: 11. ‘Wealth hastily gotten[b] will dwindle, but those who gather little by little will increase it.‘ We see this over and over again with lottery winners, entertainers, and professional athletes. It takes time to learn the stewardship of healthy saving and spending patterns. It also takes time to learn about wise investing.
M That little by little principle applies to investing early. Portfolio growth a bit at a time adds up. Little by little applies to wise living and wise giving.
