M Proverbs 5 talks about wrong relationships and the result. Verse 10 states that strangers will take your wealth, your labor wasted. Connecting with the wrong people is costly. Costing time, reputation, energy, and money.
V Verse 12 says ‘Oh, how I hated discipline.‘ Typically when we invest our time and attention in any relationship, our money follows. Do you have wise friends that hold you accountable? Know you well enough to speak up? Is that relationship God honoring?
M Whether single or married, we need good people around us. Protecting our relationships prevents financially costly waste as well. But most important are you giving any of yourself to the wrong person? Run and don’t look back.
