M Warren Buffet is a well known name in financial circles. Worth about 69 billion today, he started small, worked in his family’s grocery store, and purchased his first stock at age 11. While we do not know his spiritual position, we do know he practices generosity.
V He recently gave almost 3 billion to charity, one thirteenth of his portfolio. He did follow some principles that Scripture admonishes. Little by little with consistency. Proverbs 13:11. He was not a hoarder, but gave to many good causes. His partnerships benefited others as well as multiplied his wealth.
M Our lesson is not to follow his example, but Scripture. Our motivation is to grow assets to invest in the Kingdom.
