M  I’m Miriam  Neff-with STARTING OVER FINANCIALLY, and I’m Valerie Neff Hogan, and we’re here to talk about money.

 

M Getting wise advice is a theme in the book of Proverbs.  Important in all of life, its vital for managing our money.

 

v Proverbs 24: 6 says in an abundance of advisors, there is victory.   Vet the list of referrals you receive.

 

It is a mistake not to call and check them out.  Yes, it takes time.  When I’m called, I never reveal  financial details to a stranger, but I can tell them when I am pleased with service I have received.

 

m Proverbs 11 says its true for nations as well. There’s safety in an abundance of counselors.  Listen carefully and chose wisely.  Weigh their words in light of Scripture.
