Uncertain times First in Jerusalem, generosity.

M I’m Miriam Neff-with STARTING OVER FINANCIALLY,-and I’m Valerie Neff Hogan, and we’re here to talk about money.
M Uncertain times have us wondering about tomorrow. When can we be with friends, worship together? Those are unknowns, out of our control today. So lets look at what we can do.
V What needs to we see in our own families? our community? our church?? Who are we calling, checking on? Acts chapter 1 talks about spreading the gospel after Jesus returned to Heaven. The instruction was, first in Jerusalem, then beyond to the world.
M The principle is true for generosity. Care for your own family first. I Timothy 5: 8. Scripture is clear to know to do good and not do it does not honor our gospel. James 4:17 If anyone, then, knows the good they ought to do and doesn’t do it, it is sin for them.
