M We are influenced by people around us, their habits and the habits of institutions as well. Not all of these ‘influencers’ are biblical, or good and practical.
V Consider Romans 12: 2 Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.
One pattern of this world is that debt is OK. Even that it is a solution. On average, Americans carry $6,194 in credit card debt. Demographics of younger debt carriers is that some don’t expect to ever pay off their credit cards.
M Scripture has specific instructions for debt. It should be rare, paid off, and avoided if possible.
