The bill of rights

Examining our countries decline, it’s worthwhile to consider our founding principles. The declaration of independence and the bill of rights. Do these still matter? First things first: Inalienable rights given by our Creator.
Most important: acknowledge God who created everything including us. At this time only 20% of Americans believe this. Does this have repercussions? For sure. Respecting that other person regardless of wealth, stature, ethnicity, or any other characteristic. We respect and protect those who cannot care for themselves, the disabled, the ill. That person has dignity because he or she is an image bearer of God himself.
Even if most in our country do not believe God created us all, we Christians can live it. Respectful of all. Protecting when needed, kind and compassionate. Our love in action and expressed is greatly needed today.
