Over 50.8 million very important people step over an important threshold now. Children going to public schools. A requirement in our country, and a good one, some are eager, some dread it, but all must do it. Children are precious to Jesus. Whether clean and well behaved, tiny or teens, Jesus loves them. Having had a twenty-six-year career in public high schools as a counselor, I wish I could say that each student is treated as a precious person at school. They get it right sometimes, but not always.
May I challenge each of you to pray for every child in school? It’s a popular past time to whine and complain, but if each person, not just parents, would fervently pray for each child and school they attend. good things would happen.
