Sagging health

Are you battling a health issue? When our bodies are sagging, its hard to keep spirits up, hard to trust God in the moment. Yes, we nurture physical habits to benefit our health. Some run, I swim, its all good.
But even better are spiritual habits that nurture our faith. The benefit of physical habits ends in death–a certainty. But godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come. I Timothy 4: 8
Even on that day that you feel subpar, your body sagging, pray, read Scripture, practice the discipline of praise and gratitude. You are guaranteed a sure benefit from those. Our sagging bodies need not drag down our spirit.
