Recovering from economic hardship

M Economically shaky times have impacted families in different ways. A recent pandemic resulted in some losing jobs or getting less income. Coming out of this, only 53 % of American’s say they are in good or great shape.
V When in need, where did people look for economic help? Most looked to the government. Some did receive some type of compensation. However, jobs were not all recovered, and some families grew debt, not expecting to recover for years.
M As Christ followers, we know that our ultimate source of provision is our Lord. Scripture tells us to be prepared for tomorrow. That means a 3-6 month reserve for hard times. Does this solve all problems? No, but that plan would have helped many. God does have solutions beyond what we see.
