Questions in Scripture

Treaking through the Amazon Rain forest, I was mesmerized by the colors, and features of  birds.  McCaws brilliant in royal blue, bright red. Some with orange, birds with yellow beaks, straight, long curved.  Some were rivitting to watch due to their uniqueness and beauty.  I remembered the Scripture that tells us that God notices even when a sparrow falls.  Brown, small, not a notable bird.

Why did God not say that he notices when a McCaw falls?  Maybe because that striking bird demands attention, gets camera clicks, ooos and ahhs.

The reality that God notices the unnoteworthy, the ignored comforts all of us. That describes most of us ordinary people.  We are noteworthy to God.  He takes note. Matthew 10: 30  He even numbers the hairs of our heads. We are precious and noticed.
