Pray # 2

Would you like guaranteed peace this week? Find a quiet spot, get on your knees and pray. One cannot enter God’s presence, stay there awhile, and not receive peace. First thank and praise Him. The reason we pray to Him is that we believe He is capable of answering us.
Affirm His power over all, His love for us means He’ll listen. His wisdom to answer in the best interest of all. By the time I have praised Him for all He is, peace starts to roll in. He is capable and willing. I worship Him for who He is.
Now I can petition Him with my many ‘asks.’ However, some of them seem trivial now. He reminds me of His word. He has already spoken in the areas of work, spending, purity, and much more.
I might rise without specific ‘how tos’ But I rise with peace.
