V Ron Blue in “Splitting Heirs” emphasizes the importance of passing on wisdom to our children.  Making that a priority means wealth they receive will more likely be used wisely, not squandered or wasted.  He poses these questions.  What is the best thing or the worst thing that could happen if I transfer wealth to ___?  How serious is that possibility?  How likely is it to occur?
