Our helmet

Are you wearing a helmet today? I hope so. Ephesians 6; 17 tells us to take the helmet of salvation. It does no good in our hand. We need to wear it. Helmets differ depending on the need. Football players and rugby guys helmets are different. What kind of protection do you need today? Salvation covers it all. We have a SURE hope of salvation.
I have a friend who is not wearing the SURE hope of salvation. He’s heard bits of Scripture all his life. He doubts that Jesus came to life again. When you die, you die, nothing follows. No wonder he fears death.
Oh, my friend. Jesus defeated death. We have a sure hope of salvation. Every hard place, triumph and trial is of no relevance in Heaven.
