What is God’s vision for your church. Matthew 28: 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. How are we doing in this task of discipling?
Clear teaching of Scripture by pastors is foundational.
Opportunities to interact, doing life together, mentoring: important.
Each exercising his or her gift in growing ways: important.
The body explains this. Each part is valuable, little toe to heart and head. I Corinthians 12: 12—27.
Limiting who can teach squelches discipleship and growth. A flourishing church needs the participating of each person, exercising their unique gift not just for the growth of the church, but for God’s glory to be seen in our communities, and even our country.
