Mother’s day alone # 2

Every year, without apology, I encourage everyone anticipating Mother’s day to remember adopted children. We are such a family, multigenerational, adopted children now adults and adopted next generation. I can promise you that adopted person thinks and ponders their birth mother on Mother’s day.
Many thoughts will be puzzling, many sad, some angry, many just empty wishing they knew.
Please grant mercy for tears, and anger. Be ready and willing to listen, not offering platitudes or trying to fix what you can not fix.
I pray with more diligence that God will fill every empty place in their wounded hearts. That broken place in their soul can only be healed by Him. And we can be a part this. Listen well, show you care.
