M The most covered topic in the Bible is love, second is money. All Scripture is inspired, God approved and appointed. Why so the material important?
V Money reveals our priorities, our desires or God’s. Its all God’s on loan to us. How we handle what He entrusts us shows how trustworthy we are. Luke 16:11 ‘So if you have not been trustworthy in handling worldly wealth, who will trust you with true riches?’ Hoarding, wasting, loving it shows our heart is in the wrong place. We are a slave to stuff, not God’s trusted servant.
M Money problems are a symptom, but many times the condition of the heart and attitude are the root of the problem. Take budgeting seriously. It’s a measure of our trustworthiness.
