Money in flight

M Would you like a common reminder of God’s truth about money. Watch and eagle in flight and consider this verse. Proverbs 23:4-5 Do not weary yourself to gain wealth, Cease from your [consideration of it. When you set your eyes on it, it is gone. For wealth certainly makes itself wings Like an eagle that flies toward the heavens.
V Notice the ‘do not weary yourself.’ That means pursue it with stress, exhaustion. Its all temporary. We purchased a slightly used dining room set. Our divinity school trained friend said, “first by flood, next by fire, its all temporary.’ And then he laughed and sat down to a good meal.
M A good reminder. An eagle in flight, its gone.
