V Get a written contract or engagement letter first. Get in writing what you will receive for a specific amount of money. If they cannot give you a written contract, run, don’t walk out the door.
Should an unknown necessary action be needed, get that in writing and the additional cost of that. You may chose to take the work they have done and shop for another legal resource.
