As Widow Connection has grown and changed, I delight in seeing who is stepping up to equip and minister to widows. When time and travel growth meant I could no longer teach the group I started, good things happened. Women stepped up to teach, birth greater ideas for encouragement and support. More groups started. Stepping away empowered others to step up.
I could find no other biblically based widows ministries in my first year on the journey. 14 years later, there are groups in many states, some church based, some new organizations. From Bible studies to service and social groups, even cruise ship groups together. I love it! Why should I be in awe. This is how God works. Please contact me and tell me what YOU are doing.
