Leadership revealed

Times of disruption reveal true leadership. Words and promises scroll back and real biases and motivation are unmasked. As Christ followers, we go back to our perfect example: Jesus. He stated who He was, what He stood for, with no apology, simply the power of inner convictions.
Great leaders are effective in unleashing other people. Jesus in Matthew 28 shared his authority with his disciples. He commissioned them to do all that he had done. How different from human power grabbers who want all attention for themselves. Hold power for selfish, self seeking reasons.
Jesus disciples were successful! Twelve unlikely men did reach all nations. Most were martyred like their leader. Their impact was radical. They were unleashed by the perfect leader of all time.
