It’s time to shine

We, Christ followers, His church have an assignment. Matthew 5: 14. We are to be light In this dark world “You are the light of the world. A city built on a hill cannot be hid.
I ask myself, how am I doing? Is my light shining dimly? Am I watering down truth that our world needs today?
They need to know that war, violence, and injustice will not prevail forever. God will rule. Jesus brings us into all that God has for us. And Jesus is unstoppable.
I can be bold because I know the outcome. I know the final chapter. I’m committing to serve wherever He calls. The easy places are taken. Lord grant us courage to be bold lights, not dim. Not hiding in valleys of comfort. May we be light in this dark world.
