Inside healing

When you cut your arm, it hurts.  Simple.  But an inside injury is complex.  The pain  may be nowhere near the injury.

I learned this from a foolish, though exciting leap, landing the wrong way in a very cold lake.  Outside bruises healed, but muscles other places still ached.  Final diagnosis, burst fracture lumbar vertebra 1.

That location didn’t hurt.  Muscles other places did. Like Jesus’ words to hypocrites telling them they looked good on the outside, but were a mess inside.

No outside bath would cure their inside disease.  Just as no bandaid would fix my spine.

They needed a complete heart, soul, and mind changing treatment.  My body brace, though uncomfortable, was necessary.  And healing has happened.
