Hopeless

I trust you are hope filled today. Most of us have days where we feel hopeless. My husbands terminal illness, incarceration of a loved one whose life some now feel has been wasted. Tragedy in relationships beyond repair. Life is not fair, and justice is only promised in heaven. Yet I have come to see the truth of Romans 8:28 ‘And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.”
In hopeless days in my past, years were required to see the truth of that verse. In fact, we may not see God’s good outcome in our life time. The antidote for hopelessness is faith. Faith not in circumstance, but God’s goodness.
