M I’m Miriam Neff-with STARTING OVER FINANCIALLY,-and I’m Valerie Neff Hogan, and we’re here to talk about money.
M Being generous is a plan, a heart decision to be obedient as Christ Followers. We are instructed to give for Kingdom purposes.
V I Corinthians 16: 2 ‘On the first day of every week, each one of you should set aside a sum of money in keeping with your income, saving it up, so that when I come no collections will have to be made.’
We note: giving is based on your income. Its intentional. Not an obligation to give grudgingly.
That planned gift tells God that He is our priority not our stuff. Our resources are finite. God’s are not. Giving is worshiping Him.
