M Are there generational differences in spending? For sure. Millennials spend less on cars and homes than previous generations. Val, you shop more online than I do, but I’m changing.
V What all generations have in common is the biblical foundation that you earn first and then spend. Proverbs 24: 27 Till your field and then build your tent. In todays words, work and earn. Then base your life style, home, tent, mobile home, or apartment on less. Generosity is important in that plan.
M This guideline does not guarantee wealth, but obedience has the blessing of contentment. And the knowledge that the unexpected and planned are not beyond God’s knowledge and willingness to guide us.
