Financial Frauds

I’m Miriam  Neff-with STARTING OVER FINANCIALLY, and I’m Valerie Neff Hogan, and we’re here to talk about money

M Reading the greatest financial frauds of all time is depressing reading.  Using Ponsi as an example, there is a common thread.  A person convinces others, often his friends, family, affinity connections that he can multiply their money.  They don’t want to miss out on his plan. His promises are big,

V  Sadly there are those entering the christian community with the same plan.  Christians can be trusting when they should not be.  And vulnerable, especially if they are isolated.  Widows are especially vulnerable.  One “ christian” man set up a ‘bank’ promising 14% on investments.  Deacons, pastors, thousands invested.  The bank collapsed.  Life time savings disappeared.

M  Investigate, verify, God has entrusted funds to you. Guard those for Him.
