Financial exploitation

I’m Miriam Neff-with STARTING OVER FINANCIALLY, and I’m Valerie Neff Hogan, and we’re here to talk about money
M Financial exploitation is common, especially of our Seniors. A staggering $37 billion is stolen every year. Thieves target the vulnerable, the person alone, and those experiencing cognitive decline.
V Sadly these thieves may be strangers or trusted people, even family members. We advise that you have an additional trusted person on your investment accounts, who must also approve withdrawals. Congress and industry groups are prodding for protections. However, trusted associates, even family are the hardest to combat.
M Folks, I’m vintage. Don’t wait to put in place protections. Be humble, get wise protection. God has entrusted you with His generosity to steward wisely.
