Benefits of a trust # 3

M I’m Miriam  Neff with STARTING OVER FINANCIALLY, and I’m Valerie Neff Hogan, and we’re here to talk about money.

M  Giving and providing for future generations is a biblical.  Land inheritance was common.  Today wealth may be real estate, portfolios, or precious items.  The Revokable Living trust provides a tool to designate to whom and how you want resources to go.

V The benefit of that trust compared to the Irrevocable is that its easy to change.  That’s important as children become adults, no longer need guardians, marry, and sometimes divorce.  Trusts are Biblical.  You are directing what God has loaned to you, to where you wish those assets to go.  You might name your favorite charities, and church as beneficiaries stating percent or set amounts to go to them.

M Remember, you can tithe with your will or trust.
