M An intriguing comparison of what we should observe is the lowly ant. Proverbs 6: 6—8 ‘Go to the ant, you sluggard; consider its ways and be wise! It has no commander, no overseer or ruler, yet it stores its provisions in summer and gathers its food at harvest.’
V We’ve seen worker ants carry a particle many times its size to the family ant hole. They are never lazy. They work hard. They respect different roles. Every ant knows their role. Some protect the colony, others focus on reproduction and care for offspring. They need no leader to prod them on. They plan seasons of work and rest. Seeing that God designed ants with such creativity and purpose. We can know that is true of us as well.
