Black Friday

I’m Miriam  Neff-with STARTING OVER FINANCIALLY, and I’m Valerie Neff Hogan, and we’re here to talk about money

M Conversations are not all about Thanksgiving Day ahead.  Many are talking about Black Friday, the day after Thanksgiving big sales day. The term might have originated from businesses who were in red ink until that day.

V Then crazy buying changed red ink to black ink.  Lots of sales and bargains.  That day can be just the opposite for the buyer.  Credit card debt, gotta have it, can’t wait and save, the deal will go away.  Pause.  Remember all you have is God’s on loan to you.

Intentional planning ahead. Relevant gifts to those we love rather than best sale. Black ink budget, not red.

M  Make your list, use only cash and give intentionally, instead of shopping irrationally.
