Disruptions: Churches

Churches have been changed beyond recognition during this disruptive time. What will the body of Christ look like in the months and years ahead? We don’t know. But its time to ponder prayerfully.
What had we become? Focused on numbers and entertainment? Creating church by what people want rather than Jesus words? Matthew 28: 19 :Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.
Discipleship means preparing for tough times ahead. Look at what happened to Jesus apostles! Most were martyred though their impact continued. Itching ears want pleasant promises. Obedience in a world becoming more hateful of God and Christ followers is tough and will likely become tougher.
