Knitting

Scripture uses visual words to describe reality.   Psalm 139: 13-16 describes how each of us is unique.  Our minds struggle to comprehend how each of us is made, the only one of our kind.  The word ‘knit’ shows us a visual.  Psalm 139: 13, 14 For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb.  I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.

Ask a group of knitters what that means.  Its precise, planned a process, a design, just the right tension.  A mistake means unraveling all the way back to the ‘opps.’

Take heart, my friend.  You are planned, designed, and do not need to be unraveled.  You are created and your future is known.  Prepared on purpose.
