paradox give freely, yet grow

I’m Miriam Neff-with STARTING OVER FINANCIALLY, and I’m Valerie Neff Hogan, and we’re here to talk about money
M Scripture has a paradox that makes us think. Proverbs 11:24 One person gives freely, yet gains even more; another withholds unduly, but comes to poverty.
V We typically think if we give something away, to a person in need, our church, or other Kingdom purpose, we’ll have less. A path to becoming poor. But the opposite is true. Scripture says we gain. One version says the ‘giver will grow all the richer.’
We do know that God is the great multiplier of riches. It might not be money. It might be the joy of helping, gratitude that God has blessed us so we CAN give.
M The rich joy of generosity, of gratitude for His blessings beats wealth.
