Resolutions Why
February 3, 2020
I’m Miriam Neff-with STARTING OVER FINANCIALLY, and I’m Valerie Neff Hogan, and we’re here to talk about money
M We are one month in to a new decade! The reality of 2020 motivated us to make new financial plans, dream, resolve, and commit to changes, some small, some large.
V How’s that going? It has been said that we lose our way when we lose our why. ‘What,’ ‘where,’ and ‘how’ become hard things, or just too challenging to achieve if we’ve lost the vision of ‘why.’
Being more generous to a cause we value motivates us to stay within our spending plan. February is a good time to revisit ‘why.’ To be generous with our church or other organizations that help others, helps us ignore the temptation to spend.
