Generosity It’s OK to be wealthy

M All of us in the United States, by world standards are wealthy. Some have great wealth. There are ten million millionaires in the U.S. It’s OK to be wealthy. One organization has events where wealthy people gather in small groups and talk generosity. This is never an ‘ask’ time. Just exploring wealth implications. How much is enough? How is money affecting our children? How do we decide how and where to be generous?
V Scripture has broad money examples. The prodigal son squandered his inheritance, by the widow gave the tiny bit she had. Scripture talks of seeing the need. ‘See’ to what and to whom you are giving. We don’t enable, supporting the wrong organizations and persons. But if you are able to meet the legitimate need? Be that good Samaritan.
