Wealth and refuge

M God approves of having wealth. He says don’t love it and don’t go there for refuge. We see lots of articles about how do you know when you have enough. Predictive charts with age, when to stop working, enough to retire.
V Psalm 52: 7 talks about the one who trusts in abundant riches, rather than taking refuge in God. Our culture encourages that. It says accumulate for show, accumulate to feel content. God says accumulate so you can pay your bills, support your family, and be generous. Yes, that impacts your savings, your health, your employment. What is our motivation? God knows our future. We don’t.
M Human nature says you never have enough. God says, trust Him and be content with what you have, large or small.
