An email from a website for business and employment connections recently informed me of a list of its top job picks for me. Common words, communication, content, all leadership positions. I read the list. ‘Not me.’ ‘Not me.
Then a God thought interjected. How often do I see what God has for me, a task, an opportunity, an unmet need. And I say, ‘Not me.’ Not qualified, not a match. Scripture is clear, when God calls us, He equips us. When His calling is clear, and in my life, it is, there are no ‘Not me’ moments.
It’s OK to move forward on shaky legs, Hebrews 12: 12. It’s OK not to feel bold. But remember He equips. What’s important is to move forward.
