The risk of weak

The Discovery Channel has enlightened us on the survival of the strong in animals. We watch the African Masa Marai, the migrating wildebeests moving their young to new places. We see the stalkers. They watch for the weak. As they lag behind and space separates them from the herd, the stalkers move in. A nip here and there, and the weak are down.
God intended us to do life in community. Others mentor us, challenge us, and have our back in hard times. When crisis comes, rejection, hardship, we can be tempted to isolate. To nurse our hurts alone.
Please, my friend, stay in community. You are more vulnerable in isolation. Let a few you trust in on your struggles. Lean on those who have your back. Stay connected. You’ll be strong again.
