Temptations # 2

Transitions in life are energizing, daunting and full of opportunities and temptations.
The evil one reminds me of all my imperfections, sins and blunders.
If I ponder those, which are many, the evil one whispers, “You can’t serve God. You are unworthy, damaged, sidelined.”
Wrong, says this forgiven woman. “She who has been forgiven much, loves much.” Luke 7: 47
Look at the disciples Jesus chose. Imperfect, some doubtful, some pride filled. Chosen because each was uniquely created by God and each day planned before they were born. Psalm 139: 13—16
Our worth is based on nothing but God, His creation of us, his forgiveness of our sins few or many, and a righteous robe He places on us. Right before God based on embracing Jesus.
