What are his tools to make such a promise? One is mannequins with cameras in their eyes with state-of-the-art facial recognition software in up-scale stores. Good information to know to enhance the shopping experience of the wealthy. I.E., more sales.
Surprising, yes. However, God knows our each and every move. More importantly, He knows our motivation no matter how complex or complicated. Of even greater importance is that WE matter to Him. We are not a project, a potential client, but an incredible investment loved and cherished by Him.
