Shoulders too small

I recently was moving small pieces of furniture. Yes, I did it, but the next day my back protested. Too heavy stuff on shoulders too small.
I was reminded of a parallel in Scripture where Jesus says to cast our cares on Him 1 Peter 5:7 Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. And Matthew 11: 29, 30 ’ Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls verse 30 For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”
How easy for me to attempt life’s challenges on my own. Jesus knows my shoulders are too small. What a relief to place all of my cares, anxieties, burdens on His shoulders. Nothing is too big or heavy for him.
