People God uses

Are you wishing you were someone else today?  Do you have a heart to help others, but  don’t  have the skill or the ‘stuff’ to make a difference in your community?

Think about these people.  Mary, the mother of Jesus was illiterate.  So was the Apostle Peter.  They were people of great faith and courage who set a high bar as Christ followers.  They often felt they didn’t have what it takes for the task at hand.

Naomi became a widow and called herself bitter,  a woman who felt God had abandoned her through the deaths of her husband and both of her sons–a true economic tragedy in her culture.  Yet, Naomi’s life through hard times was the ‘bible’ Ruth, her daughter-in-law, read. to become a believer.

So, my friend, you are useable.  Step up.
