Our nation

The word “nation” is found 677 times in the Old Testament. Many references speak of when and why, and how God blesses a nation. I’m reading through the Old Testament again reviewing Deuteronomy. God is very specific in behavior He blesses AND what happens when a nation does not follow His teachings.
In my public school, in third grade, each of us was given a New Testament with Psalms and Proverbs. Featured in the front cover was this.
Proverbs 14:34, Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin condemns any people.
We need stability through changes.
Does our nation know God’s instructions for blessing? Is God relevant to them? We as believers can still vote our biblical values, share them respectfully and pray for our nation. Leaders and all in government.
