Nurture vs Nature

The age-old argument continues. What’s most important: heredity or environment? A Forbes magazine article documented that the daughters of successful entrepreneurs are successful somehow because of their genes. That may be partly true; heredity might be important.
Steve Jobs of Apple trumps most; and he was adopted. Nurture influenced him. Having both biological and adopted children, the discussion is important. I see the influences of both nature and nurture in our four children.
According to Ephesians 1:5, we’ve become adopted children of God when we accept Jesus, his son, as our Savior. This means we have resources and opportunities our human families could never offer us.
