Let’s look at biblical leadership guidelines. To the extent our countries leaders follow these, our nation will prosper. Let’s dig in.
I considered my husband a good one. He led Moody Broadcasting through growth and innovation. As his terminal illness progressed, I asked him, ‘What makes a good leader?’ With hardly a pause he listed seven.
Look for gifted people who share your passion. His was excellence in Christian broadcasting. Like-minded passionate people for the ministry, not self-interest. Then match these gifted people to their skill set. Give them opportunities to do what they do best.
What a difference these two traits would make in our country today. What is good for this country? Does that person have the skill set to serve in a specific role? They will thrive and our country also. A difference for sure.
