Let’s look at biblical leadership guidelines. To the extent our countries leaders follow those, our nation will prosper. Let’s dig in.
I considered my husband a good one. He lead Moody broadcasting through growth and innovation. As his terminal illness progressed, I asked him, “What makes a good leader?. With hardly a pause he listed 7
Look for gifted people who share your passion. His was excellence in Christian broadcasting. Likeminded passionate people for the ministry, not self interest.
Then match these gifted people to their skill set. Give them opportunities to do what they do best.
What a difference these two trait’s would make in our country today. What is good for this country? Does that person have the skill set to serve in a specific role. They will thrive, our country also. A difference for sure.
