Experts in Conflict

My friend needs wisdom. She has cancer and two specialists disagree. One recommends surgery. The other chemotherapy for the rest of her life. Who will decide? She will.
Tough, tough choice. I’ve seen her adjust to no hair and cute hats, baggy clothes due to weight loss, and days of recovery after chemo. Her sense of humor is unchanged, her wit, quick and delightful, her habit of starting each day with our Lord, and thanking God daily for blessings. Those things have not changed.
This means, too, that whatever choice she makes will reflect the wisdom He gives her. And whatever the outcome of that choice, there is no conflict with the only expert that really counts in her life. God who created her, gave her his Son to prove His love for her.
